Leasing Administrator | Tenancy Applications and Vacancies
An offshore leasing administrator for rentals: vacancy ads, tenancy applications, reference checks and lease paperwork. From AUD $12 an hour, fully managed.
What does a leasing administrator do?
A leasing administrator keeps vacancies moving: writing and uploading rental listings, booking viewings, processing tenancy applications, running reference and identity checks to your checklist, preparing the lease and ingoing paperwork for approval, and keeping applicants and landlords updated. The decision on who is approved stays with your property managers and the landlord.
Do they approve tenants?
No. They prepare each application with references checked, and your property managers and landlords decide, in the order and with the controls you set.
What does it cost?
From AUD $12 to $18 an hour, depending on the role and experience required. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, account management and IT support are included in that rate.
How is applicant information kept private?
Every Isla professional signs a confidentiality agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and a data privacy agreement before they start. They work on secure equipment in a monitored environment, inside the systems you already use, with access you grant and can remove at any time.
