Property Management Virtual Assistant | Rentals and Arrears
A property management assistant for Australian rent rolls: arrears, inspections, maintenance and tenant enquiries. From AUD $12 an hour, fully managed.
What does a property management virtual assistant do?
A property management virtual assistant runs the daily administration of a rent roll: following up rent arrears, booking routine inspections and sending entry notices, logging maintenance requests and chasing tradespeople, answering tenant and landlord enquiries, preparing lease renewals and rent reviews for approval, and keeping the property management software current. Your property managers keep the decisions and the relationships.
How many properties can one assistant support?
It depends on your portfolio, your systems and which tasks you hand over. We scope that with you on the discovery call, and your account manager checks in as the workload settles.
What does it cost?
From AUD $12 to $18 an hour, depending on the role and experience required. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, account management and IT support are included in that rate.
How is tenant and landlord information kept private?
Every Isla professional signs a confidentiality agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and a data privacy agreement before they start. They work on secure equipment in a monitored environment, inside the systems you already use, with access you grant and can remove at any time.
Will they work our hours?
Yes. Your assistant works the hours agreed with you, aligned to your Australian business day, so they are online when tenants, landlords and trades are.
