Solar Installation Admin | Scheduling and Grid Connection
Offshore solar installation admin: install scheduling, grid connection applications, STC paperwork and customer updates. From AUD $12 an hour, fully managed.
What does solar installation administration involve?
Solar installation administration covers the work between a signed contract and a finished, paid job: lodging pre-approval and grid connection applications with the local network distributor, ordering stock, scheduling crews, keeping customers updated, collecting install photos, serial numbers and compliance documents from the team, preparing STC paperwork, and closing the job off in your CRM.
Who signs the compliance documents?
Your licensed electricians and accredited installers. Your assistant collects what they produce, checks it is complete and submits it where it needs to go.
What does it cost?
From AUD $12 to $18 an hour, depending on the role and experience required. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, account management and IT support are included in that rate.
How quickly can we start?
You receive a shortlist of qualified candidates, usually within 3 to 5 business days, and choose who joins your team. Onboarding can then be completed in as little as 3 business days, depending on your systems and access.
