Support Coordination Assistant | Referrals, Notes and Reports
An offshore assistant for NDIS support coordinators: referrals, bookings, file notes, reports and plan review prep. From AUD $14 to $18 an hour, fully managed.
What does a support coordination assistant do?
A support coordination assistant handles the administration around a coordinator’s caseload: researching and contacting providers, sending referrals, booking meetings, typing up file notes and reports from the coordinator’s notes, tracking service bookings, and gathering what is needed for plan reviews. The coordinator keeps the relationship and the judgement calls.
Do they speak with participants?
Only in the way you decide. Many coordinators keep participant conversations themselves and hand over provider follow-ups, bookings and paperwork.
What does it cost?
From AUD $14 to $18 an hour, depending on the role and experience required. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, account management and IT support are included in that rate.
How is participant information kept private?
Every Isla professional signs a confidentiality agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and a data privacy agreement before they start. They work on secure equipment in a monitored environment, inside the systems you already use, with access you grant and can remove at any time.
