NDIS Bookkeeper | Reconciliation, Payroll Prep and Accounts
A dedicated offshore bookkeeper for NDIS providers: reconciliations, payables, receivables and payroll preparation. From AUD $14 to $18 an hour, fully managed.
What does an NDIS bookkeeper do?
An NDIS bookkeeper keeps a provider’s day-to-day finances in order: reconciling bank accounts, entering and paying supplier bills, recording NDIS and participant payments, preparing payroll from approved timesheets, and getting reports ready for the owner and the accountant. Your accountant stays responsible for tax and lodgements.
Do they replace our accountant?
No. They keep the books current so your accountant’s work is quicker. Tax advice and lodgements stay with your accountant.
What does it cost?
From AUD $14 to $18 an hour, depending on the role and experience required. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, account management and IT support are included in that rate.
How is financial information kept secure?
Every Isla professional signs a confidentiality agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and a data privacy agreement before they start. They work on secure equipment in a monitored environment, inside the systems you already use, with access you grant and can remove at any time.
