NDIS Claims and Invoicing Support | Fewer Rejected Claims
Offshore support for NDIS claims and invoicing: claims from rosters and timesheets, rejected claim follow-ups, reconciliation. From AUD $14 to $18 an hour.
What does an NDIS claims assistant do?
An NDIS claims assistant prepares claims and invoices from your rosters and timesheets, checks them against service agreements and price limits, submits them in the way your team works, follows up rejected or unpaid claims, and reconciles what was paid against what was delivered. Your finance lead reviews and signs off.
Who submits the claims?
Whoever you decide. Some providers have the assistant submit under their own process, others keep submission in-house and use the assistant for preparation, checks and follow-ups.
What does it cost?
From AUD $14 to $18 an hour, depending on the role and experience required. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, account management and IT support are included in that rate.
How quickly can we start?
You receive a shortlist of qualified candidates, usually within 3 to 5 business days, and choose who joins your team. Onboarding can then be completed in as little as 3 business days, depending on your systems and access.
