Aged Care Virtual Assistants | Rostering, Billing, Compliance
Offshore admin for aged care and home care providers: intake, rostering, billing, incident records and quality evidence. From AUD $14 to $18 an hour.
What does an aged care virtual assistant do?
An aged care virtual assistant handles the administration behind care: client enquiries and intake, care and service records, rostering home care workers, client billing and statements, incident documentation follow-ups and evidence for the Aged Care Quality Standards. Your clinical and care staff keep the care decisions; the assistant keeps the paperwork current.
What does an aged care virtual assistant cost?
From AUD $14 to $18 an hour, depending on the role and experience required. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, account management and IT support are included in that rate.
How is client information kept private?
Every Isla professional signs a confidentiality agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and a data privacy agreement before they start. They work on secure equipment in a monitored environment, inside the systems you already use, with access you grant and can remove at any time.
How quickly can we start?
You receive a shortlist of qualified candidates, usually within 3 to 5 business days, and choose who joins your team. Onboarding can then be completed in as little as 3 business days, depending on your systems and access.
Do they need care experience?
They work on administration, not care. We recruit for experience with records, rostering or billing in care settings where you need it, and you interview the shortlist before choosing.
